Founders Kris and Michelle, facing demanding jobs and sleepless nights caring for their son, sought a better way. They wanted to leverage their extensive skills and certifications to help others, free from the price gouging and unreliable service they’d experienced.
Their journey began with long, exhausting days and nights, fueled by the need for change. Despite the challenges of balancing work and family, they recognized their untapped potential. One cold January night, they decided to take the leap but didn’t know when. A medical emergency in February became the opportune moment, prompting them to launch their business. They quickly established their brand, website, and legal framework, while one person was on bedrest and the other continuously working to keep them afloat.
Kris, with a background as a scaffolder, carpenter, crane operator, and building superintendent, brings practical expertise and a passion for community service. He’s particularly dedicated to helping the elderly and young struggling families stay in their homes.
Michelle with expertise in painting, high pressure systems, ongoing experience in maintenance and administration she is committed to bring excellence to every customer.
Michelle and Kristopher’s vision drives the company’s growth with Michelles organizational skills and commitment to client relationships and Kristophers commitment to exceptional work they are an unstoppable team.
After completing the necessary paperwork and ensuring everyone was healthy again in March, they opened to the public in 2024. The response was immediate, with calls trickling in and then multiplying officially spring hit and they were completely booked . Michelle was able to finally quit her 9-5 and happily become full-time at Rapid Repair Services.
